    1928 Gold Certificate. Rare 10 Dollar Note.. in 1933 by the signing of  executive order 6102 by president Roosevelt ( commie bastard) made it a criminal offense to own or possess gold bullion, coins,and script like this note set here.  On December 31 1974  president Gerald Ford  ( good guy)with an act of Congress ( monkeys)  the right to do so was given back . So these notes are becoming extremely hard to find and cost thousands of dollars. This nite is circulated. And has some folds
