Quattroporte Four doors, a big V-8 engine, manual or automatic transmission, air conditioning; no different from many you’ve owned and driven. But Maserati made it different: the V-8 engine has four overhead camshafts and hemispherical combustion chambers; the disc brakes are 12 inches in diameter, servo-assisted, in dual circuits.
