Description
Here is a 1928 gold note in About Uncirculated with original paper. The seal and serial numbers are that deep orange/gold color that is so pleasing to the eye. It is graded by PCGS as  About Uncirculated 53PPQ. The Premium Paper Quality designation means this is not a lower grade note which was washed or pressed for a better appearance like many raw notes on eBay. Don't take my word for the grade, ask PCGS.
