This eye-catching vintage Gothic censer is made of sturdy brass. The censer is suspended by four (4) chains and enclosed by a brass ring to keep them from tangling; three chains are approximately 30 inches long. The center chain controlled by the top ring of the censer is approximately 24 inches long. The main body of the censer is approximately 8 inches in height with a 4 ½ inch diameter for the incense pot. The decoration of the body is traditional; It has three angels with decoration to match. The top of the censer resembles a dome with etching. The entire work is lovely indeed and enhances the entire look of this liturgical item.
However, it has one small flaw on it. The top ring has lost  a little gold shine.
But
It certainly will make a great addition to any church or chapel where prayers are offered up through the scent and smoke of the incense burned in this censer.
