Hello everyone. Welcome to my auctions. Here I am presenting a gorgeous two piece cheese and cracker in the
AMERICAN
pattern in the
" CRYSTAL "
color. The
AMERICAN PATTERN ( LINE NO. 2056)
was produced by
FOSTORIA GLASS CO.  AMERICAN
was introduced in the year of 1915 and it was still in production during the eighties before the
FOSTORIA
.
doors were closed forever.  Since its beginnings,
AMERICAN
has remained a favorite, if not the most popular glass pattern sought after by glass collectors everywhere.
Here I am presenting a cheese and cracker set.  The set consists of a cracker plate and a small comport.  The plate has a diameter of aprox. 12 inches.  There is a raised ring at the center to hold the comport in place.  The comport has a round foot with a short stem
