    Description

    A Philippe track handlebar and stem - originally together on unknown bike.  Date of manufacture not known.  Ild guess 1950s.  Both are chrome plated steel.  the chrome on the bars is good.  some pitting on the chrome on the stem.
    The bars measure 385 mm wide center to center.
    The stem measures 120mm long and has a 22.0mm dia. quill (so French size, not English)
