dark red hair, full red lips, a tiara filled with blue, red and clear rhinestones atop her head, red rhinestone earrings, aqua blue top with more colorful rhinestones and a hand painted brooch with rhinestones,
she is quite old, she was crudely made, I suspect in Italy, which adds to her charm, all hand painted.
